As all other reviews said the open button in the app doesn't work. But really close to kings for appointments.

i could not get the gate to unlock either arriving or leaving and had to use the emergency code. having said that. the instructions on exactly where it was were xlcomprehensive

The push button on the Ap didn't work, but the customer services agents are amazing, kind, and very helpful.

initially missed parking area. Gate wouldn't open by app. very tight swinging car between gates and tight inside parking area

Felt slightly uneasy leaving my car as I live out in the sticks and was only in London for Kings hospital. But I shouldn't have worried, if/when I visit the hospital again I will definitely use this car park again.

When leaving, the app said I was not near enough to the location to open the gates, I would have thought 4 feet was closed enough
