I was quite stressed parking as I was taking my daughter for an operation. Had I read the now obviously very clear instructions properly I wouldn't have got myself in a state not finding the access code! Will use the service again as yes, when you're not stressed it's very straight forward

Only issue is the gate didn't open when using the app. Had to ring up to ask for the gate to be opened from their side manually and then when exiting I had to use the emergency one time code. Other than that smooth reservation and payment of the parking space.
