Holiday Inn Kensington High Street Car Park

The initial parking was good, although the car park is a little odd as in it has lane parking and not parking spaces. I parked for just over 24 hours and when it was time to go I found someone had parked behind me and I had no way of getting out. Once parked you must leave your keys with the hotel reception, this is , I presumed, so they can move a car if needed. No, they took forever to check if they had the key, then had to ring the car owner to come and move his car. Luckily he was in the hotel! No idea how this works if the owner is off site, or has had a few drinks. It delayed me leaving by nearly one hour, not fun after a long day and with a 2 hour drive home ahead of me.

easy to find parking at reasonable price. Easy to book. Good directions even a photo of garage entrance in my case

Easy to find just off high street. Attendant could not have been more helpful in explaining what we do and dropping us up to reception. Most reasonable parking to eat and visit Albert Hall for an event.

The directions or postcode do not take you to the entrance.

It's tight with little room but the valet parking guy was very good. If you're comfortable handing your key over knowing he will have to move it then this car park is for you. Great location and reasonably priced

I have a mid-sized car and was happy getting in and out of the car park, anything bigger might be a challenge.

Excellent, will definitely used again. The car park/security guy on site was so helpful too.

Great place to park with assistance during the day. Spaces are a bit tight but there is help available during day to park. Have to leave the key there and car can be moved by parking staff.
