This space is at the end of a cul-de-sac, a 10 minute walk to Wimbledon train station and shopping.  The space itself has pillars on either side and is on an incline - the pavement just outside the space, although a lowered curb, is on a sharper incline. Cars with low ground clearance (sports cars or spoiler at the front) or very wide vehicles may not be able to fit. Approaching slowly or reversing into the space may help if ground clearance is an issue.  We have had estates and large transit vans park but it is a tight fit and with longer cars the gates will not close fully although the car is off the road.  There is a street light just to the left of the parking space and the driver needs to be aware it is there when reversing. The street light and the rail goods yard next door mean that the area is well lit at night. I am back and forth from the house a few times during the day adding to security.    Any queries please let me know as we are flexible and happy for you to try the space and will refund if you book the space and aren't happy with the fit when you arrive. We haven't yet had anyone book and not be able to park since we have been renting the space out and have parked many different cars and vans in the space over the years.
