Is a good size parking loot but not really monitoring, i haven't seen any CCTV around and literally everyone from the strett can come into the parking without problems

I added a new vehicle to my parking I thought the payment went through but it didn't I called for assistance and was told I have to get a fine.

Good park but in rain many points make a pool of water due to uneven surface making walking hard.

It is very hard to contact a customer representative when things go wrong. I paid with the newly downloaded app and was led to believe I paid for the bad parking place. I have also paid at the physical machine on-site to ensure I do not get a parking charge notice. When I tried to call, the number left on the board did not function. I have emailed you, but I received back an email with an AI nonsense response that did not resolve my issue. I need to ring the back now for a refund

£6.50 for 4 hours is a rip off.
