Got a parking ticket, contesting it.

First time using this location to park.
Bit of a pain that the pay machine was out of order so had to rely on unstable wifi signal to download the app, register the details of my car and then mess about paying. If i was first time parking elsewhere under this circumstance I would go somewhere else. Now i have the app and an account, should be quicker next time.

Paying for parking at the machine for the evening would've cost £1 but it was out of order. I tried the JustPark app but it wanted to charge me £8.50!

the tariff should have cost me £1 from 18:00-00:00 but the machine on site wasn't working and so I had to use the app but it was never giving me the option of the evening rates so was forced to pay either £3 or £8

Not safe application .

I couldn't pay by card, nor cash, the transaction being declined many times. I had to pay by phone which it costs more than paying at the machine.
