Had great difficulty navigating the Just Park app.
Minor mistake was made on car reg, unable to change details, therefore we received a parking ticket

Despite paying for parking on the App I was given a parking fine!! I have a receipt that clearly states that I have paid for the correct location and the correct amount for the time the warden put the ticket on my car. I am now having to appeal this. So in reality I would give no stars as this is extremely annoying!!

None of the machines would accept a card payment. A man said one machine had not worked ‘for years’, the other was not connected to Internet.
The QR code in the notice connected to JustPark website, not app, clunky to use, v hard to extend time, full of unwanted adverts.
