Parking on Albert Street, M11

I could not find the space as the road started at 2b. I was getting late for the kick off and 2b was opposite a very aggressive Man City home pub and I was in an away shirt. I called the owner 4 times and did not answer so had to abandon my car next to joes newsagent and I was so stressed I even left my window open. Fortunately no one tampered with it but really unhappy that I could not find this spot. I tried after the game and still couldn't find it. So I still don't know if it exists.

Had a little trouble finding the space but we were warmly welcomed by a young man. He provided helpful directions to the Co-op Live (7 mins walk away) and I felt assured that our vehicle would be looked after. Really good service and will use again if attending the Etihad complex in the future.

used the space for a gig at the CoOp arena, it was a ten min walk if that. would happily use again, be great for City fans needing a space close to the stadium.

Where to start... this isn't someone's driveway but some land in front of there house. A house where you could smell weed coming out of. If Shameless did car parks this would be it. Some cars being advised to block each other in as we're all leaving at the same time which you're not.

Very convenient and feeling quite secure. Excellent for the Etihad stadium and Coop Arena: avoid the stadium car park mayhem and delays when leaving. Google maps somewhat leaves you on Albert St. Access is from Ellingham Close. Find the turnoff from Albert Street into Ellingham Close and drive (slowly) to little gate at the bottom the close. So first mark this location (53.4794861, -2.2043527) then follow on a few metres through the gate. The black VW camper that you see on the current Google sat map is still there. I parked next to it. :-)

BEWARE!!! This Parking space was non existent until a Football match had ended 2  3/4 hours after our parking space was meant to start!!!! Because a football match was on we had to try and find another way to get to the parking space but purposely I believe that the lady was not telling us the truth, Which delayed us getting to our concert by nearly an hour through not giving us a genuine alternative route to the parking space. After being on a blocked road for at least half an hour, I asked advice of a local taxi driver re an alternative route and there was one so we would have been at the parking space nearly an our earlier! (though the lady owning the space claimed that there wasn't an alternative route which we believe was due to her not wanting us to get to our space until the football match was over as there wasn't one!!!)  When we arrived it was clear that she had so many people parking on that space that it would have been impossible for us to get our car on there until the people had left after the football match. This meant that we missed the first hour of attending our concert. I believe the fact that this was actually contravening the rules with regard to hiring out parking spaces on private driveways (we have dashcam evidence both audio and video of the whole thing). I would consider the area unsafe badly attended and pulling the wool over people's eyes to make money!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! We would expect a refund!!!

Parking is very close to the stadium . Also , there were People coordinating entrance and exit to make sure everything worked fine . Will use it again
