your customer care is crap. i tried to extend my staying in the app, there no extend button. the only thing you send me after asking for assistance you send a link with some info which doesn't match with the app options. i had to pay twice the parking instead of extending it. there many apps who does this as a regular basis and is quite intuitive. yours is the worst I ever seen, and cost me more money as well. shame on you!!!
