Hi, we have a safe spot on our driveway, suitable for any standard family car up to an estate. We have a doorbell camera for added safety and security. There is generally someone here each day with some exceptions again, providing additional comfort.
We’re close to Manchester airport - a 10min drive away. It’s a £16 taxi or £2pp bus journey (no.43 Bus) to the airport. We have great transport links to the motorway and into Manchester City Centre itself - tram is a £3-4 taxi ride away or you can get the no.43 or 41 bus to the tram stop - 5mins, We may be available for lifts to the tram stop or the airport for a small fee (< taxi fare) but this is subject to arrangement at booking stage as we both work.
We work from home most of the time so there is generally someone there at all times with the odd exception.
It’s a safe, quiet, suburban cul-de-sac and we’re lucky enough to have really good, respectable neighbours who look out for each other.
