I paid for my parking online £15 for 2 hours because it stated it cost the same for those 2 hours as it did for 24hrs ! And I still received a ticket when I got back to my car not even an hour later!

I received a penalty notice of 50£ of parked after expiry of paid time and it was less than 15 min !!!!!
I paid for 3 days parking time and you guys won't let me have 10 -15 minutes ????
This is not humanly acceptable it's not fair
