I have three cars spaces available but only two are available for parking. Me and my wife works from home therefore we stay at home most of the time day and time.
One big car and 2 medium cars can fit in easily.
Good reasons to park here:
1. Just 4 minutes walk to tram station that takes goes directly to airport. You can easily park the car at my place and go to airport. This is useful when you are going out of city/country for days and want your car at safe place with cheaper parking fee. This can be even useful if you are picking someone or dropping someone to Manchester Aiport.
2. £7-8 bolt/uber available from my location to airport. You can park at my place and go to airport to save hefty amount of airport car parks and fees.
3. 5 minutes walk to Wythenshawe hospital.
Other good points:
1. Secure and Safest car parking with Ring door bell active 24/7 to make the cars safe and sound.
2. No trees nearby so no danger of tree falling.
3. Cheapest car parking.
Note 1: The airport transfer is also available in my personal car upon request. The price can be decided.
Note 2: Pickup and drop off to tram station or Wythenshawe hospital can be made upon request. The price can be decided.

Couldn't recommend this space anymore, owner was very friendly and helped us out massively. Great space if you're going to the airport as it's only a 10 minute taxi ride! Will be using again when I next fly

Good parking space at a very good price but a taxi to the airport is not £8 only an uber taxi we paid £14 and a black taxi in the middle of the night directly from the airport cost £23

Really a good experience parking here. The owner came out and helped me to park. Apart from door bell ring camera, the owner also has the dedicated cctv camera 24/7 that makes this parking space the secured one. Recommended.

Communication was easy and immediate. The owner was helpful and friendly. When we arrived the owner came out to Greet us and gave direction on how best to get to the airport which was very easy from the parking space as the tram line was just a few minutes walk away. I had my 2 kids with me and it began to rain but the owner just gave us a lift to the station which was very helpful indeed.
