Space was fine, plenty available. Slightly concerned leaving my car there as there wasn't a locked gate on the car park. I have mainly marked down on price - I paid £15 on JustPark, all the signs in the car park advertised £3 for all day parking if I'd paid on-site!!!

The parking was great but we had difficulty getting in and out as the number plate wasn't recognised. On entry we didn't know if we should take a ticket so had to ring the help line at the barrier. This took ages to be answered and they then let us in. Same happened on the exit. Great parking but Qpark and Just Park aren't singing from the same hymn sheet.

Parking,we were going round in circles trying to find this parking space to no avail. For over 20mins ..we gave up in the end and paid £8.00 to park on a Ncp parking allotment...very disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

On arriving at the car park, the barrier lifted and immediately came down again, with 'car park full' displaying on the ticket machine. We had pre booked and paid for the carpark!
As the barrier was broken off at another entrance, we entered the car park and were able to park on the top floor!
We waited 45 minutes to exit the car park with no movement whatsoever.
This was all compounded by Birmingham being gridlocked which I appreciate is not the fault of JustPark, but locating the car park was not easy either.
