Private driveway with a gate (closed when parking spaces are all booked), excellent option to park and leave for a holiday break.
3 minutes away walking there is the "Burnage" train station, with frequent direct trains to Manchester Airport. This is why "airport transfers" is ticked in the description.
The driveway is equipped with CCTV, for maximum peace of mind.
We recommend fitting your car with a steering wheel lock, which is also available on site for free (returned when you leave) if you don't own one (requires arranging pickup).
For an additional fee the driveway can also fit an additional third vehicle, behind the one parked on the right. We only rent two spaces here to avoid complications with timings.
These spaces are being rented under standard terms in addition to JustPark standard T&C:
1. The Owner is not responsible for or damage to any vehicle or any items left in a vehicle parked in the designated space, unless caused by deliberate act and/or malice by his/her self or member of his/her family, but is bound by a “Duty of Care”.
2. The Parker is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself or by said vehicle to the Owner’s property and/or articles in excess of normal use and wear and tear.
3. The Parker assures the Owner to remove the said vehicle from the Space/Garage on or before the prescribed time(s) on the appropriate date(s).
4. The Parker agrees to leave their vehicle placed at least 1m away from the house wall, and so that it does not obstruct the main door of the house, nor the garden gate on the left, nor impedes entry or exit to the other parking space.
5. The space is to be used exclusively as a parking space for a vehicle owned by the Parker or their immediate family members.
