Used this for first time, for a gig at the Ethiad stadium. Owner couldn't have been more helpful with communication and offered maps, tram timetables, even offered to meet us off the tram if we needed!. Location is perfect for tram to stadium, its just 5 short stops away, 5 min and easy for getting out of Manchester - no gridlock. Would highly recommend and use again.
