Originally I booked at the Gould street site but the hours were not aligned. After trying to rebook and then having to contact the bell centre I was informed the company knew about the issue but as this was held by mother company they could not help. I therefore had to set a new time but an hour in front. During the event I needed to extend my session but this was not available on either the app or the website. I had to leave the event I was at to return to the car park to manually book another 2 hours via the on site parking meter. This impacted on my overall experience and caused me to miss the final half of the event I attended.
