Car park spaces extremely small and difficult to manoeuvre into due to the many concrete posts.

It would be difficult if you had a big car and not ideal for a women on her own

Starting with the positives, the car park was easily found and was very safe and secure as only payees are able to access the car park. I was staying over in Manchester for one night and this car park sufficed for my needs as it was a stones throw from my hotel and only a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, however, I won't be able to recommend this car park to anyone staying in Manchester...the car park is far too tight! Numerous times I revisited my car just to charge my phone and I would watch people entering and leaving the car park I realised how fortunate I'd been to have visited in a small car! But even in my car, on the way in, the floor scraped along the underside of my vehicle as I entered the JustPark basement of the car park with gritted teeth! I drove extremely carefully and strategically around the car park looking for a suitable space avoiding the walls, pillars, kerbs, and vents as best I could but even in a little car I had to kerb it to avoid hitting the concrete pillars. When I was watching others leave it was like a circus show, cars jolting back and forth reversing, edging forward, reversing, edging forward, etc. and numerous times I watched as lovely new cars scratched along the walls or pillars. It was painful to watch and even I had to pull off a manoeuvre to exit the car park with very careful and strategic driving in my little car. Some of the spaces are even blocked to park in! Initially I had reversed into a space when I realised I was almost backed up to a vent! I would not have been able to open the boot of the car, and the front was still sticking out halfway over the road! Listen, don't get me wrong it's safe and secure, it's close to hotels, shops, and the city centre. But it's, not impossible, but extremely difficult to get in and out of if you like your paintwork!

Simple to use. Carpark not the best for a large vehicle. X5. But just park did their job for a good price.

The car park is too tight, really hard to turn

Parking was ok. A bit narrow in some places and cluttered, I had to move a large stroller to get through. But other than that everything was ok

Hi, I had prepaid for the parking in orient house and although it was easy to find it was a few minutes before the app would allow the shutter to open, however upon picking my car up I had received a parking ticket placed on my car when I had clearly paid and used my registration number. Furious that I now have to chase their admin to resolve this issue.

Really dirty, dark, creepy place. Incredibly tight around the support pillars of the car park. Very hard to drive around. Think dank medieval dungeon and you’re on your way to a description of this god-forsaken hole in the ground in Manchester. They should have paid me to park there!

Really easy instructions to follow and safe carpark would recommend!

Used this space for a few years now when travelling to Manchester. So great, feels very secure leaving my car here
