The entrance to the car park was so steep that my car became stuck and scraped over the threshold same on the exit. In the car park I was told to park on the lower level and the ramp down was same thing again and I have scraped the bottom of my car on the threshold of that ramp and in addition the front bumper was scrapped due to the steepness of the ramps. Will never use just park again and will be posting my poor experience so as other people don’t get their cars damaged.

The ramp was to steep and my car couldn't make it down without ripping the front bumper off. It was atrocious to find and it looked dark and gloomy inside.
Had to reverse up the ramp to get out and never used the ticket for more than 15 mins. Would really opt for a refund.

The car park was tiny and really tight, no room to move if any other cars moving around. Paid £15 and had to park elsewhere if you have a car bigger than a Fiat 500 your going to struggle.

Good directions, instructions and customer service. Was given an incorrect code but they resolved it quickly when called. Car park was clean and secure.
The car park is very tight and the door closes in on you so be careful. Was not busy thankfully. So got good options for parking spaces which are quite spacious, despite the many pillars.

Directions where perfect, entry good.
You are directed to the basement which is extremely tight with many posts coming extremely close. This is evidenced by the huge number of corner chips on the pillars.This is not suitable for large cars.
The gig was very close by around 5 mins.
Another point to note if I wanted to extend the time by one hour they charged more than the original four hours . Unfair in my mind
