Parking on Whitworth Street West, M1

Booked the space last minute and received super clear instructions right away. The location was perfect—right in town—so I was able to walk straight to where I needed to be in just a few minutes. The gate opened automatically, and the space was easy to find thanks to the helpful photo. It felt safe, and I had no worries leaving my car there. Communication was great too—very responsive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely book again!

When I went to park my car in the parking spot I had reserved and paid for a car was already parked!! I had my 3 children with me and it was a Sunday during the Xmas period, so it was very stressful to find another parking spot! I spoke to and emailed justpark and they apologised and promised to refund me within 10 days….it has now been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund!!

Great location to walk into Manchester city centre. Feels secure as access gate controlled. Large, well marked allocated spaces. Access code provided the day before. Would highly recommend

Great location ,very secure ,only issue was the PIN number wasn't sent and I had to contact Just Park to get it sent to me ! But all in all I would use this place again .

Considering we were meeting friends in the Rainbar and then going to the Bridgewater the system couldn't have been better.(apart from if the plaques were vertical rather than flat and the carpark was quite dark).Would definitely use it again. Many thanks.

This was a great experience. From the confirmation through to logistics. Will definitely use again as ideal for city centre travelling.

PIN no. didn't work. Requested another, still wasn't accepted. Fortunately another car was exiting, so managed to get on car park. Then exit gate PIN not accepted. Resident helped us out. Then repeat of problem entering and exiting carpark. By this time office closed, new PIN's received by text via automated system, same result ie not accepted. Had it not been for a resident helping out we could have been there all night! Very poor system IMO!

Spot on parking, all secured and safe. Very good communication with the owner.
