Hanover Street Car Park (Pre Book)

Absolutely terrible, wouldn't recommend. The postcode didn't take us directly to the car park. It was unclear which car park I had paid for. There was no barrier as described meaning there were no spaces left for me to park in a space I already paid for! I had to go to another car park over the road!

The only thing it lacked was a large Just Park sign at the entrance.

The carpark itself was easy to find. I am not sure if I was supposed to have my own space or not, I was not sent any details of that if I was but there is an app which you can download which I didn't do so maybe that is why. However when I arrived at the car park there were no empty spaces anyway so I had to wait for someone to leave . Luckily I did not have to wait too long and I had allowed myself plenty of time just in case so it was just a case of being patient. There was no car park attendant to ensure that people were allocated spaces in the order that they arrived. The car park itself seemed safe enough and was in a good location, but not really much point in reserving a space, it serves no purpose.

I have given 4 only because of some confusion about finding the car park. The directions were clear, until we noticed they had taken us to a RCP car park. We were expecting a JustPark car park. This was never mentioned, so we thought we were in the wrong location, although the RCP car park was the only one on Hannover St. A simple line in the, otherwise clear, communications from JustPark would have stopped this problem from occurring.

The car park was one of many in the area, with no clear signage at the entrance so I wasn't sure that I was parked in the correct place. To make matters worse, the postcode provided did not take you to the car park entrance

Couldn't find the space, rang the helpline, on hold for 10 minutes (queue said it was 2 minutes) Advice was to check space holders contact details on the access email, none there. Was lucky to have parked further up on the same street and had an understanding parking attendant so avoided a ticket. Terrible service all round

All easy.

Good parking and fairly priced for a good location in the city centre. The only downside was my panic at whether or not we'd made it to the right place. There are 2 car parks next to each other and neither is clearly marked as being 'Just Park' affiliated, so I had a bit of a worry when driving around and subsequently leaving my car in a bay (worried about being charged for that as there are cameras everywhere!) whilst looking for a sign that said 'Just Park'. There is one - but it is really small and at shin level by the payment station. For information, if you stand by the entrance to the main Printworks car park and look across the road (Hanover Street) the car park you want is the one on the left. Despite advertising that the car park is guarded, I could not find a member of staff to ask.
