Over paid for the parking compared the the actual charges on site. Then had to wait at the barrier for a long time on exit and was asked for a booking ref that had not been mentioned in the instructions.

AVOID USING THIS APP FOR THIS CAR PARK!!! I've used this app on multiple occasions and never had any issues. We have used this car park and also gravitate towards it and have never had any problems with the pricing. On the day in questions, I used the app to book the car park and the price was £35 for 7 hours...typically we use the app as we've been provided with cheaper rates or a flat rate. We paid the price as we wondered if the prices had been higher over the new year and we know the car park is reliable. On arrival we realised we had been scammed out of our money.. the rate for 24 hours was only £22.50!!!! There were plenty of car park available on the day so I'd avoid using the app and just arrive at the car park and pay a more decent price.

Carpark was conveniently located for city centre. It was well lit though I’m unsure if there was CCTV on-site. Bit tight on the ramps but we had a larger car, just ensure you take your time. We had prepaid so had to call for assistance on exit. Call was answered eventually given it’s 24/7 and the only issue we came across was the barrier wasn’t working.

The parking was convenient to where we were staying. It was a very busy car park and we struggled to find a parkin space even with one reserved. Would have given it more stars but the price for one nights stay was extortionate.
