Got a parking fine as it want mentioned on the app when purchased that you had to log your details in the hotel. Parking eye has refused proof of payment to just park and I need to pay the fine.

I used JustPark last week so I could pre-book for a day in Manchester. I booked a space at a hotel park close to the city centre.
Yesterday I received a £100 PCN fine in the post despite:
1. Having a confirmed booking with JustPark
2. After the start time on my booking
3. Leaving before the end time
I’ve never had an issue before with JustPark and I will be appealing the fine, but this has been a disappointing experience.

Car park feels safe. Cameras everywhere and people about constantly. Bit of a trek from Old Trafford tbh but would recommend for secure parking if you fancy a 30 minute walk. Make sure you register your car at reception when you get there.
