Bad experience, pre booked a space in car park near to the AO Arena. Unfortunately my vehicle was unable to gain access, so I requested a refund, assuming this would be straightforward process but the company has refused.

I parked on both Saturday and Sunday. I came to Manchester from Birmingham for a birthday weekend. Saturday I needed short time parking but it gave me 12 hours parking for a good price although 12 hours wasn't needed. Sunday I needed 3 hours, it didn't give me the correct time I needed I paid almost £9 on Sunday for a much shorter time which I didn't like!

Not a bad drive but the spaces are very skinny, also smells quite strongly of urine, as well as all the staircases which are soaked in it

I used the app to pay for parking but have received a parking ticket from Manchester City Council. I now have to go through the appeal process. I have my receipt/proof of payment so it should be OK but a very disappointing end to my evening.

Lots of spaces, easy to find and good location, I paid with JustPark the moment I entered the car park and I put more than enough time on the parking, disappointed to return to my car to find a parking ticket! For some reason the parking attendant wasn’t able to find my booking info therefore issued me a ticket, this was resolved within a couple of weeks after I disputed the ticket sending all my confirmation from just park to Manchester council, just hassle that wasn’t wanted or necessary!
