Was shoe horned in between 2 parked cars not really a proper parking space at all. So really risky. I used the app & selected 5 hours, which i had to pay £10 + for. Then later after i had paid the app said that 5 hours was not available, so parking time was being reduced to 4 hours, I tried everything to get the app to refund me the difference, but it just wouldn't work!!! So I came back to my car within the 4 hours just in case, but the system took the full payment of £10 + off me, really rubbish system for which i feel like i have been ripped off. Will park with someone else in future! Rubbish!!!

The car park was secure and gave me
peace of mind.
Just in case, I had accidentally registered the wrong car this evening. The car registered was LJ63 XAW (which I no longer have) but it should have been a blue Citroen Picasso with the registration PX66 TLY.
I hope that's okay.

Space was good to park on, safe and clean.
Genuine mistake in which I paid for parking and got a ticket with wrong reg, my bad.
Spoke to them via email which left me with an expensive admin fee to pay, again no complaints my bad.
Left the 1 star because of the customer service, or lack of it and tone of the emails.
Not the guy on site he was cool.
Will be using other means of parking from now on.

Good location and the car park attendant always helps out in pointing out most appropriate spaces whilst also keeping his eye on all vehicles parked

Great location. Very reassuring to have a parking attendant on-site. They weren't there on our return at around 9.30pm but if a parking attendant was on-site the whole time I'd say 5 star for location & for feeling safe. We paid £10 for up to £12 hours.
