Excellent parking space, in gated area, owner was very helpful. Short walk to the Etihad and easy exit after the match.

Great communication from the parking space owner. Parking area has a security gate. 15 minutes walk to the Etihad stadium but allow more than that as you may have to walk another 15 mins around the stadium depending where you are seated. Quick getaway. Would use again

Gavin was really helpful, walk to the Co Op was straight forward not long and gave us advice about the venue too. As a mum & son combo, having the secure parking made us feel safe.

What can be said but excellent! Easy to find the house, called Gavin who came out to meet us and show us the space. Super helpful with directions to the arena (about a 15 min walk). Messaged us later to give us the code to get back in. Will definitely be using Gav's car parking space again. Thank you
