We found it impossible to alter the details of our parking arrangements in advance. We were approximately 1 hour early arriving and 1 hour early leaving but were unable to alter the scheduled times. Fortunately it currently appears we have not been charged for arriving and leaving early.
The instructions appeared to indicate we had a reserved "Car Parking Space". This was not the case which is fair enough but casts doubt in the mind as to whether we have a reserved "Space" or just any random place reserved at the car park.
The parking slots were far too narrow. My first parking slot selection didn't allow enough room for the driver to get out, even though I (an experienced and capable driver) had parked mirror to mirror with the nearside car.
For a first time user we found the pedestrian exit signs very, very poor or even none existence. God help us if there was a fire!

There was plenty of parking and it was easy having paid beforehand. The spaces are tight though and the carpark is very expensive. Not sure if it was because I only booked the day before but wasn’t able to pop the hotel discount code in when booking online

Arrived but there was no spaces free. Had to drive out of the car park and round the block to try again. Luckily, we found a small space. There were cars dumped all over. Clearly overbooked. We almost missed the start of the gig we were going to. Only redeeming feature was location

We drove around the carpark for half an hour trying g to find a parking space having been told by the attendant "nothing is saved, park anywhere" There were no spaces, and we, and many others, were getting more and more frustrated. In the end we had to park in an electric charging space as these were the only empty spaces. This was incredibly disappointing and I think it will effect you sales as we, and others who had used this service, will not be using your company again.

Not a single visible disability parking spot, we payed 36 pounds to maybe be able to park, I understand it may be due to the bowling for soup concert but 36 pounds to not be able to park for 3 hours after the time I booked for is just ridiculous
