Q-Park Piazza Car Park

We drove around the carpark for half an hour trying g to find a parking space having been told by the attendant "nothing is saved, park anywhere" There were no spaces, and we, and many others, were getting more and more frustrated. In the end we had to park in an electric charging space as these were the only empty spaces. This was incredibly disappointing and I think it will effect you sales as we, and others who had used this service, will not be using your company again.

Not a single visible disability parking spot, we payed 36 pounds to maybe be able to park, I understand it may be due to the bowling for soup concert but 36 pounds to not be able to park for 3 hours after the time I booked for is just ridiculous

Parking space was very, very tight, sardines tight. But manged ok

I drove for 5 hours to get to Manchester. The car park was easy to find and secure but although I pre paid £35 to arrive and park at 1pm, the car park was full. I had to drive round the car park multiple times for 20 minutes before a space appeared.

We used Just Park in Manchester it was easy to find and a excellent location

On arrival at the car park I was straight in through the barriers but once inside found the signage confusing and mainly in Chinese. I`m sure that the place is built to current regulations but anyone with a full size car will find it very difficult to manoeuvre in there. The only parking spot that I could see was very very tight as there was a massive circular support column half into my bay which left mm of clearance and the other driver would not have an easy time getting into his car. On exit the guard had to let me out as I had no ticket but had pre booked. It may be that the are all similar in Manchester to pack cars in. The one that I use in Barnsley town centre is a new build and has bigger bays and clear signage. If I have business in Manchester again it looks like the train or Motorcycle.

Great experience start to end. Finding a space to park was easy with the map. App was great, sent me reminders and gave me directions to the space. Car park barrier automatically lifted on the way in and out without me having to do anything.

When we got to qpark there was no space available to park, people have left their car middle of lane, blocking other drivers. After going around for so long then someone left and managed to find space but few spaces people parked in middle of two space
