Q-Park Piazza Car Park

The camera didn't recognise my number plate on arrival so I took a ticket, not knowing what to do. Then I had the gnawing concern that I'd have a problem getting out of the car park at the end of the day, which is exactly what happened. I pressed the buzzer for assistance, no answer, cars Building up behind me at the only exit barrier, eventually an attendant answered the buzzer, and the gate was lifted with no further issues. However it was not a stress free experience at all, and not a cheap service. I will use them again, but just be aware it was not a smooth experience

The QR code did not work entering or exiting was quite stressful :-(

Had major issues exiting the car park, took us 45 minutes to get out, there seemed to be issues with the payment machines not working .

Tight spaces

Awful Car Park. Booked through Just Park, didn't recognise the car when we arrived. No answer when we tried to call. Took a ticket, still couldn't get through. Recognised my QR code at the pedestrian entrance. But again wouldn't recognise the reg at the barrier. Cars backed up, getting angry, after 20 mins of people getting angry, no where to pull over and sort, we had to pay again. Would not recommend at all.

Horrendous service. Hardly any spaces considering inhad prebooked. Cars were double parked blocking people in. Parking is far too tight. My Q code didn’t work to get out and took 45 minutes for someone to answer the help button to let me out. Disgraceful. Will never use again.

While this was a confirmed prepaid booking they tried to charge me the amount when trying to exit the car park before the agreed time. I had to spend 20 minutes on the intercom while blocking the exit and cars queuing behind me and stressing me out. Noone was present there to assist. I would like the whole amount refunded, as this was the worst car park experience ever.

Tight spaces but ok if you're careful

Access is tight and this was made more difficult with a large bin placed outside the entrance. Parking spaces are small and tight for large cars. It is very hot a humid down there and there is an overwhelming toxic smell from cars and exhaust fumes.

Having read some reviews I felt rather uncomfortable leaving my vehicle for 2 nights. It's a tight chicane to get into the car park which is quite unnerving if your vehicle is quite wide. Some spaces look quite tight but when I arrived Friday morning there was plenty to choose from and there are a few spaces where no vehicles can park close either side. Returned to my vehicle Sunday morning either no problems. Quite pricey to park for two days but would recommend and use again.
