Very good and large space, perfect for visiting Heaton Park for a gig. Probably about a 25 minute walk to get from the spot to the West Gate of the park. The owner also very nice and answered my texts straight away before I arrived.

Nice big roomy parking space and great spot to pick up the Metrolink station which is a short walk away. Sited a couple of minutes off the main Motorway and roughly 15 minutes to get to Victoria Station for the AO Arena by tram. Will definitely use for future events in MCR
