We arrived at 7pm on a Saturday so may have been a busy time - however there were no spaces available! People were parked against kerbs, on verges and the car park was very tight to drive around. We ended up parking on a grass verge as we had a concert to get to, meaning we had to drive up a kerb which is not good for tyres! I wasn't impressed - when you pay for parking you expect a space to be available for you :-(
I gave 2 stars as there was CCTV and it was easy enough to find, and a good location. But I wouldn't recommend using at a busy time.

Everything went really well for us, but I was so disappointed to realise that was pure luck! The space was not reserved as described when booked, it was simply prepaid. So upon arrival, we were lucky to find a space, other 'reserved' customers were not so lucky. Such a shame because it seemed like such a great idea, to take the stress out of parking. In fact it would have been even more stressful if the car park had been full. It was full when we returned and people were having to wait for people to leave or cancel their reservation and find a new car park. I would try the carpark in future, but pay on arrival instead .... it was the same price.

Rammed always, lucky to get a space after 10am. Drove around 10 mins into my time hoping a church goer did his daily prayers.

There was just one space left and it was extremely tight to park in it. There were other cars entering the car park after me and I did wonder if I’d have even got the space I’d paid for if I had been a few minutes later.

Booking was easy. Downloaded the app also. Found the parking spot easily and was able to park a short walk from the AO Arena in Manchester for £6 which is a lot cheaper than official car parking. Also a lot easier to exit.
