This is brilliant for the COOP arena and ethiad stadium!
The only negative is having to walk 8 minutes through a dark park! This was intimidating as there were cars driving erratically over grass and flashing lights…very unnerving!

Communication from owner was first class. Location is fantastic. Less than 10min walk to CO-OP Live. Getting in and out from here could not be easier. We were back home in West Yorkshire within 40 minutes. If attending a gig or the football then this is the perfect location. Couldn't ask for more.
