Easy to find and park but at 07.30 it was hardly ever going to be busy, I didn't like the idea that I couldn't pay for 2 hours, it went from 1 hour to 3 hours. We actually stayed for just over an hour as planned so paid for virtually for 2 hours for free. Plus your system is not up to date as it came up with my old car which I sold months ago

I first booked for 2 hours I think. Then I texted to try and extend it and followed instructions but the text option didn’t send a confirmation and didn’t work so I ended up having to walk back to the car park and resolve it there. All took quite a bit of time

All went very smoothly except when I just read message about extended parking time option.and worried that maybe I should have signed out. We left 30 minutes before end of time. We intend to use Just Park in future as the app was user friendly.

wireless connection was hopeless.
charged £3.60 but your charges on the signage said £3 for 3 hours.
