I used your parking payment facility at Longridge on Thames on the Easter bank holiday Monday. Only after I made the payment was I actually advised that parking at the site was free that day. At no point prior to making the payment was I told it was free, either on line or via any signage at the site. Not amused.

I don't appreciate having to pay when no space is available and official parking attendant allows you into a carpark only to turn you around and back out again to another car park (why not stop us coming in in the first place) and then being directed to park in front of other cars, thus blocking them in, and having to spend duration of 'parking' time sat in the car in case someone wants to leave. I was told I must pay for this!

No parking bays and no signage re fees if you pull in and park on the right hand side of the Boat club car park.

Machine took my change but won't print ticket so had to use phone for an extra 15p. Time options were for 2 hours and then 4 hours, no option for 3. Rip off!
