Easy to use and book a parking space

Easy to use, I booked and paid in advance, made my train journey complete.

Easy to navigate following train booking for the nearest car park

There were no spaces available. The car park was completely full. There was another driver there who had also paid £10.99 and he was driving around waiting for a space too. We both gave up and had to park in another car park. and pay out again but this time to Ringo. I tried phoning and could not get through and then had to leave to catch my train. Will never use this company again - what an absolute fix and a great money maker for them as I cannot get any recompense. If anyone from JustPark ever reads these comments I would like my money back please!!!

postcode took me to an office block and there was no car park in site. drove around and couldn't see the images as shared when I booked, so I gave up and parked elsewhere

No mention of JustPark at location (RingGo displayed everywhere), very badly signposted indeed. I had to pay again at an alternative location.

We were unable to find the parking area with the directions provided, we missed our scheduled train and then had to pay for alternative parking. No refund was available.

Entrances to car parks are very tight and the sides overgrown resulting in damage to paintwork. Spaces are easy to find if you follow the instructions.

Could not find car park, had to go elsewhere and pay again. Will not use you again

Car park was not named. 3 different car parks served from same access road so very uncertain which car park we were entitled to park in. No dedicated parking spot reserved. Minimal security. Broken / missing entry barrier.
