It is impossible to be certain that you are in the correct carpark because the signage is not related to JustPark. Several other people were struggling as well. It really isn’t good enough.

The instructions directing to the parking area are very unclear. Because they were so vague I was careful to park in the area actually shown in the photo of the Just Park instructions and I got two parking tickets as a result. You need to install clear signage on the site and markers on the parking bays that actually belong to Just Park and not another companies. I wouldn't use Just Park again.

I rung as it was very unclear where to park and was told anywhere but not the multi storey. I then received a ticket and apparently there is nothing you can do to help. I will never use the app again!!!
