I had booked the parking space the day before using Just parking for the first time. On arrival at 07:05 today (space booked for 07:00) it was already occupied with another vehicle, suspected the owners. Several calls were made to the owner all not answered and no replies were received to a voicemail left. I'd needed to find a space elsewhere in an area notoriously difficult to find parking, I was late for an important meeting and it obviously cost me more. Won't use the app again.
