There is little to no phone signal at this carpark despite it being a pay by phone only space. Having to leave my car to walk to somewhere with enough signal to pay for the space isn't ideal. However other than that it is fine. Also make sure not to park in the first two rows in the numbered spaces as they are reserved.

Only needed to collect a book but had to pay for 2 hours as free spaces were occupied and blocked by taxis.

Poor signal at site and app would not process payment so have to get onto local WiFi to do this risking parking charge

the internet there doesn't work i always feel uncomfortable for getting a ticket because sometimes its a class on 9 AM we have to run for the class and forget about paying the parking fee

The signposting to plot 7 needs to be made clearer. I had to contact the uni to get directions. Maybe postcode needs to be freely available online as well.

Couldnt use app, rang to call to pay. Still got a parking warning for not paying for parking after the time I had paid.

Had to amend booking as I had mistakenly put in a later start time. It said I could amend but then charged me twice and they would not refund me.

Patrolling traffic warden’s where very aggressive and began taking details of my car as soon as I had parked and before I had a chance to get out the car, let alone walk to the signage to get the carpark code
