This is a great location for access to the city centre, football stadium, RVI, Town Moor, Exhibition and Leazes Park. This residential area has immediate access to the central motorway, and is very easy to find.
There is a Londis convenience store, excellent fish and chip shop (Canny Cod), and great Italian bistro (Little Nino's) just around the corner. Please confirm opening times with them directly. There are great bars locally also, all serving food.
The space is ideally located, approximately 8 minutes walk from the RVI/Dental Hospital, 13 minutes walk from St.James' Park football stadium, 15 minutes walk from main city centre shopping area, and 20 minutes walk from the suburb of Jesmond.
