The metro runs between 05:20 and 23:00 on weekdays and Saturdays and between 06:15 and 23:00 on Sundays.
If you would rather take a taxi to the airport, Arrow Cars are the official airport taxi company.
For people wanting to travel into Newcastle city centre by metro, trains depart from platform 1 and it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Monument.
