Fantastic space and felt secure leaving my car there. I booked it for the day as my daughter had a dance show around the corner at Northern Stage and I was back and forward all day. Was great not having to worry about finding a space every time. No problems at all finding it and instructions were clear (bay no etc). Would use again!

There was no mention of which parking slot to use. When leaving after parking period.l, I got a note on windscreen which was abusive and threatening.
Is that what I was after? Never using this again.

Had a lot of difficulty finding. We arrived from the other end of the street compared to what the directions assume. The photo was key in finding and more important than the directions.

Not being a Newcastle local, I didn't find it that easy to locate, but it was a good, secure parking spot and the directions were good. The person in the bay next to me had parked a little too far over which wasn't great but nothing major. Nice to know the car was safe and really local to the city centre and RVI, which was the intention.
No issues with the car when I got back so all was well. Would use again.

Easy to find space, great communication with Owner.
Secure safe area to park car.
Has made life easier at the moment to get to work at the hospital.

Good, safe car park. Had a removal bollard in the space when I arrived, but quick call to the owner and he advised it wasn't locked, it wasn't, just lifted it out and put it on space under the car so no problem. Would definitely park there again.
