Please ensure to enter your vehicle registration when booking or you may be liable to a Parking Charge Notice. This is to ensure the enforcement agency are aware you are permitted to park and to avoid a PCN being issued.

The code to car park is not updated in app so you have to find Premier Suites reception to ask.

The entrance code hadn't been updated on website and I had to ring someone early on a Sunday morning, I don't think she was pleased!
Exactly the same issue on return. Please keep codes up to date.

Couldn't open the gate to park. Both codes did not work. Gate flashed green then just wouldn't let us in. Called customer service who weren't too helpful. Ended up using alternative parking at the station nearby. Paid out twice so hope to be refunded.

Access code was out of date, Rang Just Park customer services who were unable to help or give me the up to date access code (very disappointing)
Had to contact owner of car park directly who kindly gave me the code.

The parking space is fine and central.
However the entry code shown on my booking details was for the previous week and remained unchanged when I left 2 days later. Fortunately a resident in the apartments informed me of the correct code. The host needs to sort out the code issue as I was informed its not the first time this has occurred.

Arrived unable to enter ad the pin was for 15.4.24. previous week, I was going on a hen do with a train to catch unable to enter or park my vehicle at 6.45 on 2th April. I called customer services who said to try that code still or try intercom and fave telephone number. no response. I had to park elsewhere. can I please get a refund.
