Parking app tricky. Constantly trying to add extra time and unnecessary extras. Parking alone fine and dandy.

This is a fraudulent car park. It clearly and explicitly advertised the price and then Just park overcharges and claims it is a fee. The fee is not detailed in the signage, however the signs do explicitly state that the app is the only way to pay. This is fraud.

I rate this with 1 star as you cant pay for your space retrospectively so I was unable to pay for the parking at the time and your app doesn't let you pay for parking you have had so if you have not internet connection at the time of paying you are stuck!

Only available for 4 hours, unable to extend this if your lecture runs over. Happy to pay for the parking just highly inconvenient having to move on

It would be helpful if you can choose to park for less time, the least time I could choose was two hours. I was only picking up and at the most was only going to be there for 30mins

Unfortunately I got scammed by an app that appeared to be the one for payment but it was for £39 monthly subscription fee. The double whammy was I tried to pay for parking retrospectively a vouple of hours later and you can't. I explained to the unhelpful help line, who said I'll get fined £60! Parkers beware. So 15 minutes parking cost me £100!
