Q-Park Stowell Street Car Park

Easy to find, barrier let us straight in despite being 10 minutes early than our pre booking. Nicely lit and plenty of spaces, close walking distance to the NX arena and very cheap for city centre parking

There was no allocated parking space, you just used the first one you found. Spaces were a good size and the floors were well marked out and clean. The lift was clean. The car park did feel secure although anybody could walk in if they wanted to.

DO NOT PARK HERE!! Visited quickly while in Newcastle, had to register at the barrier on exit to find out there was an additional charge as this Q-park can only be pre-booked on the official Q-park website!

Easy to book parking online at the location I wanted. Instructions for parking were good & helpful when we arrived. Your space is anywhere that's available, I was a bit apprehensive as I required a disabled space which I wasn't able to pre-book, but luckily we found one easy enough. Because we'd booked on line & entered our reg, the barriers opened on arrival. We parked in Q parking Stowell Street, Newcastle. Good location for the shops, however if your car is an estate or 4x4 like ours, they are very tight turns going up & down ramps, and doesn't have a dedicated entry or exit route, which made it slower on leaving. Trying to avoid cars coming up the ramps was eventful.

Easy no fuss parking arrived and everything worked fine, the same when we left vehicle registration recognition worked fine no issues. Very convenient way to park your car for a few days with no hassles.

Great central car park but just a little pricey
