The signage said first hour free but the website would only allow registration of the vehicle for the paid for hour. Website was also not too easy to sign up for and navigate

Parking should be free during winter months. We cannot access our Cornish beaches during the summer because they are over run with tourists, neither can we walk our dogs because they are banned. My mum is a blue badge holder and that isn't free either. The least you could do is allow discounted or better still, free parking during the winter.
