should be a minimum of 20p to park on the app like it is on machine for only parking for a few minutes

When I went to complete the parking, your app took forever to complete ... The app said LOADING for about 5 minutes. I couldn't have been sure the transaction had been completed so I had to pay by cash to be sure. I only got confirmation that your app HAD charged me , later that day ... not great to be honest ....

We received two parking tickets in Belfast - both times I had hit the start parking button and the correct car - but the app did not log that I was in parking spot - I think I have worked out that you have to start the parking again - cost me £90 - you need to change the start parking button to something like select car, and not start parking as this is very misleading.
