There is a pedestrian cut through to walk to Cobblers stadium approx 4 mins across the road. 10 mins walk to Northampton Saints rugby ground.
Secure private driveway in quiet cul de sac with ample space for multiple vehicles to access freely. Step free access. The space is big enough to fit several van/minibus i.e. Ford Sprinter or a large minibus.
Avoid all the matchday traffic at the end of the match if coming to watch a Northampton Town game.

M1 junctions 15a and 16 - 5 mins drive

Fantastic place, really friendly people at the house, asked how we were and if we needed to use the toilet. It is a real pleasure to meet such wonderful people. Easy to walk to the stadium and getting away after the game was so quick and easy. 10/10

It was an excellent spot for the football. I found it without any dramas and got away quickly. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this spot for either the football or the rugby.
