Northampton Town Centre Car Park

Fantastic way to securing your car if needed to leave it for more than 24hours. CCTV in place do extra security to put my mind at rest.

I paid for a space in a car park close to an appointment I was attending. On arrival the car park had zero spaces available and cars parked crazily everywhere. Few spaces were becoming available as I had to exit and enter several times and any car that was leaving, was almost being guarded by groups of men. I ended up parking on the exit route with my car up against a bush as by this time I was panicking about being late. The option of ‘finding another space’ close by was not considered as I have some walking difficulties!

As per app it's showing Radisson Hotel while as per actual location its Mercury Hotel and its very confusing. There is a possibility of parking penalty to park here. Not recommended

It was easy to book and I followed my satnav to the postcode, also noting that it was the car park for the Park Inn Hotel. However, the entrance road I came in was different to the one stated in the details and the parking company signage did not match with what I had. I was anxious that I’d parked in the wrong place, but it was the only car park at the location and so I screenshot the info I had and my location when I parked and hoped for the best. It seems to be fine, but it did cause anxiety that I wasn’t fully sure I’d parked in the right place.

Directions not that great, still not entirely sure I was parked in correct place, however I did ask at hotel and they did reassure me it was correct, used sat nav postcode provided, but hotel had a totally different name! No other hotels with that postcode so fingers crossed I don’t get parking ticket in post, was near train station though and felt like a safe place to park

the car park was not accessible, i would like a refund please

Got to the car park it was full of wedding guests which was at the hotel

The site gave good recommendations, it was easy to book, and the customer service was quick to respond and resolve my enquiry.

The hotel is listed as permanently closed on Google. The road was closed with no access. Had to find alternative parking. Awaiting a refund.
