Reviews about this space

Tony G24th May 2024
The car park is very conveniently placed, right in the centre of the city. However, when we got there other cars had parked failed to park in the marked car parking spaces or other wise sensibly which meant that there was only just enough space (one space) to be able to squeeze the car into. This not very satisfactory. Thought should be given to making sure that all car parking spaces are of an adequate size, clearly marked, only the correct number of spacers are sold and that the car park is monitored to ensure that there are adequate spaces available for when customers have booked. MUST DO BETTER.

Our booking for a Ford Transit Van accepted by JustPark. On arrival the car park stated not allowed to park vans. This restriction was not included in the details for this car park on JustPark. I would not have booked this car park.

Excellent parking space

I used Bethel St. carpark for an overnight stay in Norwich. It was easy to find, plenty of spaces and very central. It is dark at night time but never felt unsafe. We will definitely use this carpark again.

Car park was full!! No spaces. No reply from customer services at 15:22 on a Saturday when there should have been. Extremely disappointing

First time parking here since payment meter has been taken away, at first was confused how to pay but upon reading the sign the app was easy to install and was very quick and easy to book the time slot

There were no parking spaces as car park was full so had to go elsewhere and pay again!

This was a pay and display car park and when we arrived after paying £15.62 there was no space to fit our car. A car had taken the last space and we had to wait initially and then we had to get in a space barely big enough to fit our car. Luckily my husband is a good driver. We felt cheated especially as this was my first time of using Just Park.

I couldn't get to the car park as Road was closed
