Although it is easier to use the app I do object to paying extra to park. Also the extra .40p is not made clear at the start or on the notice board, only at the end when making payment!

took ages to verify payment. wasn't aware this carpark was taken over by a private firm so didn't have change so had to wait until payment went through. it stated it takes note of your face and car on arrival so was worried when my payment was trouble.

The system worked ok but automatically suggests the maximum fee of £5 (I wanted £2) and added two further costs of 40p each, so you have to pay close attention that you don't get overcharged. I suspect the company relies on some customers not spotting all these extra fees when paying by phone.
