We were directed by your directions to the wrong carpark we went into the council carpark next door. So many other people have made the same mistake having spoken to the security guard. So we had to pay again!!!!

Very busy , only 1 space left so had to park in front of a car and leave enough space .
A lot of cars parked awkwardly so taking up to much room and then no spaces left

I paid for the ticket in advance but couldn't leave the car park until I paid even more to leave. There are no instructions for people who have used the app to pay so I had no choice. It would've cost the same to have got a taxi both ways and a lot less hassle
