Unfortunately probably my own fault!! There was 2 postcodes, and I realised after leaving to come home, I should have used the 2nd one as the first one only took us nearby. It said 7 mins to the venue, I didn't realise that meant by car! Well why would I? It actually took us 18 mins to walk and we are not slow walkers. Would I use this service again? Probably now I am aware of the situation I would definitely research definate postcode/distance to venue - walking/price for parking with just park,as we found an NCP car park £2.50 cheaper practically next door to the venue

Sat nav location wasn’t that good. The parking bay I was allocated like all the others had no numbers and I still don’t know if I got the correct bay. The photo that was sent to identify the spot was useless
