5 minute bus ride to the City Centre.
Electric car charging point on the drive although have not advertised as having EV charging as need to be home to activate. However, if you need EV charging (or have used it before) please message and I'll provide it if I'm around.

Would highly recommend this address for visiting Notts County, Notts Forest or Trent Bridge cricket ground. All within a 10 min walk close to the river. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use this spot again.

Safe space, Sat Nav struggled as it's a new estate and being Nottingham all the streets are 20mph. But great location near the river an trent bridge , will use again
