Found JustPark by accident! Needed to park in Nottingham for a last minute ticket to a gig at the City ground. I found this app and booked a space near to the venue. Was a little apprehensive as I’d not heard of them before, but I needn’t have worried. It was well signposted, well staffed and laid out and definitely well worth the price! Will 100% use this service again!

Location was easy to find, close to the venue and the staff on site were extremely helpful, very welcoming and friendly

I was concerned about getting out of the car park at the end of the evening based on comments from night 1 of Take That. However they had sorted the issues and there was an attendant directing traffic into the road. We were at the back of the car park and it only took us 10 minutes to exit. Would use again.

The attendant was extremely helpful gave us a map to our venue and alerted to wait times when we came back. When we returned to car we were only 15 mins getting out car park

Car parking area itself was good , easy to find in a good area and not far from city ground but getting out after the concert was dreadful, no organization by staff whatsoever just a massive car free for all to get to only 1 exit

£32 to park in a field before a concert in Nottingham. One entrance in same one out onto the main road. Lots of parking attendants doing basically nothing. Carnage to get out.

Booking a place and communication excellent. On arrival. Parking guidance by the Marshalls excellent. Close to venue. At the end of the evening the same Marshalls on site but did nothing to guide traffic, bottlenecks, no movement of traffic, 7 lines of cars trying to get out. Appalling direction from Marshalls. One had a red and a green directions lights but that was it he had them, there was no direction.. oh they did help people find their cars though.. really? If I can't find my car how can someone who doesn't know what car I have do anything to help? Help getting the traffic moving so I can see my car more easily. Took 5 minutes to get parked. More than 40 minutes to get out. Might as well say got your money now it's a free for all

We arrived at the allotted time and the stewards were helpful and organised. Unfortunately when we came to leave it was the opposite, pure chaos. Not a steward in sight( except one on the gate ?!) and just a stressful free for all. I had paid £30 to park ( Take That concert) so the amount of money taken(thousands) should have been used for a safe and trouble free exit.
