Your website description told me that I'd be parking just 10 minutes away from my destination, Nottingham Tennis Centre.
In fact it took my wife and I over 40 minutes to walk it, it had to be at least three miles away.
And we ended up paying to get a taxi back to pick up our car.
So the whole experience left us feeling justifiably angry, frustrated and ripped off.
If customers cannot trust and take parking slot descriptions at face value then where does that leaves us?
Nowhere.
I will be extremely wary about using Just Park ever again - and the chances right now are that I never will.

Car already parked covering 2 spots. I was told to just block that car in as they were staying longer than me. I had to leave my car jutting out on the pavement and when I got back to it the other car had squeezed past mine and left. No damage. No problem. Just worried about the car all day.

Easy to find and 20 minute walk max to the uni so perfect

Easy to find, but had to get out of the car and ask where abouts I was supposed to park as that wasn't clear. Apart from that, I was happy to leave the car there for the weekend and come back to it in the same state.
